Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases made on https://store.flyntera.com (the "Store") for the Flyntera MC Minecraft server (the "Server"). The Store is operated by Shmuel Liav Moradi, Sole proprietor (Authorized Dealer / Osek Murshe), registered in Israel, Margaliyot 57, Margaliyot 1216000, Israel ("we", "us"). By making a purchase you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. What we sell

The Store sells packs of Flyntera Points ("Points"), a virtual currency that can be used only on the Server. Points are spent in the in-game shop (/shop) on ranks and cosmetic items, for example chat prefixes, name colors, particle trails, hats and pets. All shop items are cosmetic and do not give a gameplay advantage, and every shop item has a fixed, published price in Points – there are no random rewards.

Points and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the Server, and cannot be transferred or sold to another player. Points do not expire while the Server is operating.

2. Eligibility

You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase, and they accept these Terms on your behalf.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Depending on your country and payment method, local taxes or fees may be added on the payment page before you confirm. Payments are processed by Paymentwall, Inc. We never see or store your card or wallet details. Your payment provider may convert the price to your local currency.

4. Delivery

Points are added automatically to the Minecraft username you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. If you are offline, they are added the next time you join the Server. You are responsible for entering the correct username. If your Points are not added within 24 hours, contact us at service@flyntera.com.

5. Rules of the Server

Purchased items do not exempt you from the Server rules. If your account is banned for breaking the rules, purchased items are not refunded.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, the Points from that payment (or items bought with them) may be removed from your account while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact us first – most problems can be solved quickly.

7. Changes to the Server

We may update, rebalance or change cosmetic items and features over time. If an item you bought with Points is removed permanently, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value or return the Points. If the Server shuts down permanently, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.

8. Relationship with Mojang and Microsoft

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Payments go to Shmuel Liav Moradi, the operator of the Server, not to Mojang or Microsoft. The Server follows the Minecraft Usage Guidelines.

9. Liability

The Store and Server are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
