This policy explains what personal data the Flyntera MC Store (https://store.flyntera.com) collects and how it is used. The data controller is Shmuel Liav Moradi, Margaliyot 57, Margaliyot 1216000, Israel, service@flyntera.com.

Data we collect

• Minecraft username – to deliver your purchase to the correct account.
• Email address – to send your receipt and to answer support requests.
• Order details – the item, price, date and the payment reference received from our payment provider.
• Technical data – IP address and browser information in our server logs, used for security and fraud prevention.

We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details or e-wallet credentials. Payment details are entered directly on the payment page of Paymentwall, Inc., which processes them under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your data only to process and deliver your order, provide support, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud and meet our legal accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Your data is shared only with Paymentwall (payment processing), our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) and authorities where required by law.

Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting rules. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing service@flyntera.com. Records we must keep by law are retained until the legal period ends.

Cookies

The Store does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children

Players under the age of majority should make purchases only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
